This week we promoted counter signer assignment via Workflow Rules to General Availability! Sales Operators are able to customize their workflows to automatically assign signatories when Deals are submitted to Deal Desk. This is useful for many approval scenarios:
- Deals created from a specific template are assigned the VP of Sales
- Deals including a specific term are assigned are to the VP of Sales
- Deals with subtotals over a specific threshold are assigned to the CEO
- Sales Operators are able to include all key stakeholders in their organization as needed.
